I started looking for a new 2024 diesel Suburban or Tahoe after I learned that the diesel 2025's were not going to be available until much later in 2025. Searchign online I found that Buchanan Chevrolet GMC had a red "24" Suburban and gave them a call. The salesperson I talked to was Buster and he was great to deal with. We completed most of the necessary paperwork on-line the day before I made the 3 hour drive to pick up my new diesel High Country - Suburban. The whole experience was great! I would not hesitate to buy a new vehicle ...

This Dealership has never let me down. I bought a used TB Z 71 from another Dealer but found a home here. From the Parts Dept, to Service Dept These guys really understand what Customer Service is all about! Andy (Service Writer) set my Appointment then suggested tire rotation. From the time I pulled in, until the time I left it was a professional experience. Extremely satisfied with their whole process.!

Buying a truck is sometimes an arduous exercise but Reece and the rest of the group made it an easy experience. I’m in Maryland but came to Pennsylvania for the truck because it had all the parameters I wanted. A slew of dealers in Maryland could not get the truck I wanted.

The absolute worst car buying experience in my 59 years of living. Brandon, the sales manager was the most dishonest and deceiving sales person I’ve ever dealt with, be very careful and read everything before you sign it. He will add thousands of dollars in warranties and things you don’t want without asking or explaining. And if you call him back after seeing it, they will not return your calls or help you in anyway, but they will lie to you and tell you they’ll take care of it and pass the blame onto other salesman. Service department staff was nice. I waited for an hour for them to tell me they work couldn’t be done due to “system being down”, the job was to take an hour. Now I have to make another trip.

The people that I dealt with at the dealership did a great job (Jon , Brandon, Shelly ) ! Everyone was friendly and courteous and did their best to make my experience a pleasurable one. There were issues with the purchase price of the vehicle, But everything was straightened out. I will purchase vehicles from the dealership in the future.

My first out of state purchase was extremely satisfying and easy due to the way I was treated by Brandon and Reece. I teach “Creating an Exceptional Customer Experience” and they checked all the boxes. When a small issue arose once I got home, they immediately said to take it to a dealer and they would work with them to resolve it. I felt respected and cared for! This is the exact opposite of another experience I was having at the same time with another dealership.
