I was very nervous buying a used vehicle. The economy has really changed things since I bought one last. I test drove several at this location. I changed my mind about wanting a smaller vehicle after testing driving them. I found one online at another l Buchanan location. Jenna went right there and got it for me to drive. I still was uncertain about pricing. The next day they called me and we made a deal. Even after purchasing the vehicle I had some concerns. Alex made sure to make sure the vehicle was 💯 percent for me and gave me a loaner while it was being checked. I really am thankful for his professional and quick response.

I usually don’t like talking to sales people especially about cars, but they made it very easy for me to speak to them I didn’t feel pressured at all, I knew what I wanted and thanks to Jenna they had everything for me ready to go, we drove 2 and a half hours to pick it up and go home they were very friendly and explained everything to me, they definitely are much better than anywhere else I have gone and I love my jeep
