I usually don’t like talking to sales people especially about cars, but they made it very easy for me to speak to them I didn’t feel pressured at all, I knew what I wanted and thanks to Jenna they had everything for me ready to go, we drove 2 and a half hours to pick it up and go home they were very friendly and explained everything to me, they definitely are much better than anywhere else I have gone and I love my jeep

Usually, once a dealer funds the loan, you’re just a number in a file. Not at Buchanan Chevrolet. My Titan XD developed a major Cylinder #7 issue right after I took it home. Being a trucker, I’m pretty meticulous about my rigs, and I wasn't going to settle for a 'quick fix.' Enter Chuck Bumbaugh. Chuck handled my persistence like a pro and decided that 'doing the right thing' was more important than the bottom line. He sourced a brand-new Nissan crate motor and a 3-year warranty that gives my family total peace of mind for our RV trips. He even handled the logistics of getting the truck back to my driveway while I was working out of state. It’s easier to find a needle in a haystack than a GM with this much integrity. If you're looking for a truck, go to Buchanan and ask for Chuck—just be prepared to deal with a guy who actually keeps his word. As long as they are in business they will have mine.

I bought the pictured 2019 Mustang. Looked great, drove great. Got a really good deal with a 1 year drivetrain warranty. Had an initial issue - as most used cars will - but they went out of their way to make it right. Really surprised me. I would buy there again.

Started out very stressful, with a dented up brand new truck on the lot they were trying to sell me. When i flipped out on the team, they tried to de-escalate the situation the best they could, and luckily had another of the exact same identical truck, so they eventually got the sale, and i bought the new truck. Not sure about the service department, only dealt with the sales team. Pretty decent service overall considering how it started off.
