My first out of state purchase was extremely satisfying and easy due to the way I was treated by Brandon and Reece. I teach “Creating an Exceptional Customer Experience” and they checked all the boxes. When a small issue arose once I got home, they immediately said to take it to a dealer and they would work with them to resolve it. I felt respected and cared for! They false advertisement. They made me think I was approved. And I really wasn't. Three hours away from my house and I explained to them that I had bad credit and no money down. And called it a conditional approval Which means if you don't have no money we're not gonna give you a car
